I wouldn't worry to much, just keep socializing her. lacey used to be that way, she even went as far as to pee everytime she met another dog, now she is fine and plays with all she meets.

My vet always has me keep prednisone on hand for allergic reactions and hives. I try to reduce them with benedryl first and when/if that doesn't work i always have the steriods to fall back on.
