Just don't do it! The urge will pass! I promise sometime today you will think, huh, I am not craving!!! This is tough, but think how proud you will be when you wake up in the morning knowing you made it one more day!!! Look around that site, it really helped me.. We can do this!! I just know it!!!! Make sure you are drinking tons of water, or juice. I learned that around 72 hours is when the nicotine leaves your body and REALLY screws with your blood sugar levels.. Hang in there!!!!!

I can laugh now..

Last night I had one of those smoking dreams, you know the one where you go back to sleep trying to get that dream back:rolleyes: I walked right into the store bought a pack, then for some reason bought two more, and went and hid somewhere and started smoking like a choo-choo, then I felt humiliated. woke up glad it was a dream, but craving like mad too. water, gum, and sunflower seeds!!!!! I will make it through today too, just like yesterday!!!! Remember it wont always feel like it does today, but if you smoke, you will have to go through withdrawl all over again....

Your doing GREAT!!! What an acomplishment!!!

Sending loads of <<<<HUGS>>>> your way, a good cry may help. It gets better, it gets better, it gets better. You can do this! You have kicked that nicodemon in the arse! I had an afternoon yesterday where I wanted to cry, of course I get behind the stupidest driver on the way home, after a tough afternoon, then get home and EVERYTHING anyone does irks me, but I took Cash to the park had an adult beverage, and calmed thyself! We are learning new coping skills, for all those years we lit up, now, we just have to BREATHE!!!!!

I have been quit for 1 Week, 1 Day, 23 hours, 15 minutes and 45 seconds (8 days). I have saved $21.86 by not smoking 134 cigarettes. I have saved 11 hours and 10 minutes of my life.

I love that thing!!!:D

Why yes it is, come join the quitters!!! Let's get rid of them nasty things!! Go get your quit meter and start counting..

Oh I am a sort of mathematical person so I was bored and figured out that I have smoked over 111,000 cigarettes in my lifetime, I have spent OVER 1.5 years of my life sucking on a cancer stick! I dont even WANT to figure out how much $$ I have let go up in smoke.. Those are stats that I never EVER want to grow.. How about you other quitters, care to do the math? The numbers will astound you I garantee!!!!

Come on Jean!! Bye bye smokey treats..
