That is how a friend of mine is quitting, she says every minute of the day "I am a non-smoker":D

Okay it is 4:22 am and I am up and ready to head off to work again. I really really could go for one about now, (I knew I should have had a pack hidden somewhere) Anyway the way I see it is, if work continues booking me with only 6 hrs between shifts, I'll be to d@#$ tired to smoke. a guy my dad knew always had a toothpick in his mouth and one day I asked him, do you always eat or something and he said no-I quit smoking and this is how I did it. They say not to chew a whole lot of gum because you get headaches from it?? I am not sure if everyone is that way, but I do....I am also a teeth grinder, so that is why I don't do gum very often.

YOUR NON SMOKERS!!!! Sit in NON SMOKING places when you go to eat somewhere.
