Well, I know this post is a little old, but since "frankied's" post is going to be closed, I thought maybe I'd start it up, again.
I voted for spiders (chills just typing that), b/c they are definitely my biggest phobia. I blame this solely on my dad-when we were little, it was still legal to ride in the back of a pickup truck, and me and my sister loved to! Well, we lived in Oklahoma at the time, and when we would go somewhere, you would almost always see tarantulas walking across the street. My dad used to tell us he was going to catch one and throw it back there with us!! It used to terrify me! I should have known he wouldn't actually pick one up himself, but that thought never crossed my mind-just those huge, hairy, eight-legged monsters crawling around!! AAAAGGGHHH!! My friends all made fun of me and one year decided to hang a HUGE fake spiderweb w/a very real-looking spider in it above my desk-I almost started crying when I saw it! Needless to say, they now know I'm not just over-dramatizing my phobia.
I also don't like enclosed places either, especially elevators-not just elevators, but the stoppage of an elevator in between floors-SHIVER!. But I can talk my way through an occurence like that-just not SPIDERS!
Oh, well maybe this will be therapeutic for everyone.
