I'm so happy

I just thought my boxer was daft. Kaci does all the above. When i walk she thinks i'm playing and trys to chase my feet, and when i stop she lies down till i move again, i find it fun.
She doesn't lie on her back, but Oscar her friends does, and they both snore. We had Oscar for the night and they took it in turns to snore. Me and my partner just lay in bed (with not much room may i add) and watched them sleep lying next to each other. Could have stayed there all not and just watched.
I wouldn't trade it for the world

Cute topic!! Okay, here goes...Cooper is our third boxer ever, the common traits that I've seen are:

*laying on back, feet up, not a care!
*GAS :)
*Kidney Beans
*Boxer Woo Woo Song
*Catching flys
*Using paws in cat like movements
*Zipping around the backyard for no apparent reason. We always say it looks like Cooper thinks the Devil is chasing him!
*CUDDLEBUGS
*Lay their head on you like it is too heavy to hold up!
*Happiness!

There the best

My wife and I have noticed about every trait possible in our "little angle". I think that is what makes them the best dogs on Earth.

All three of my babies could kill you if they all passed gas at the same time. George is an SBD (silent but deadly), but Porter sounds as if you let the air out of a balloon, slowly. Gracie, always the lady, pretends somebody else passed it and looks suitably annoyed. She'll even look at you in order to pass the blame. I notice that around the holidays when they get a lot of treats, the gas problem is worse, but when they are on their normal food, the gas all but goes away. Using a premium food (both canned and kibble) that has no by-products or fillers seems to alleviate the gas problem. Using treats with no by-products or fillers also does not produce a lot of gas. When they get a lot of people food, the gas problem comes up more, especially if the food is highly processed (doughnuts are real killers!). Of course they LOVE the stuff that gives them gas, but since I don't especially care for the results, I limit those types of treats; however, kids and guests can't resist those lovable faces and give them whatever they want. I'm so glad the holidays are almost over and we can go back to being "normal."

I have not noticed anyone listing 'nosey' as being a trait. My own baby, Mickey, wanted to be in on everything! They are the original 'busy body'. Mickey kept his puppy-like curiousity until his passing at 9 years in July 2004. We miss him so much.

Woo Woo Song

I have a 6 month old male and a 1 year old female and don't think I have heard the woo woo song. I wish I could hear another boxer woo woo so I know what it sounds like.
