    Tula is somewhere between 2 or 3 YRS . We adopted her about a month and a half ago. She knows to go poop outside and will not go inside. Yeah!!! However, she is urinating inside, all the time. We will take her outside, she will do her business (both) and come back in and a few minutes later...
