potty training

Tula is somewhere between 2 or 3 YRS . We adopted her about a month and a half ago.
She knows to go poop outside and will not go inside. Yeah!!!
However, she is urinating inside, all the time. We will take her outside, she will do her business (both) and come back in and a few minutes later she'll urinate inside.. argh.
We have so far tried keeping outside with go potty a little longer which helps in that she will go pee a 2nd time maybe, but its not helping in that she goes inside later on.

Is she peeing in a particular spot all the time? All that I can think of is that there might be a left over scent from the carpet that is urging her to go... if that's the case, you need to buy some strong cleaners to steam clean it out.

no, its not one spot. She goes all over the house.
I have odor and spot remover that add when she goes, but not helpling.
We have began basic obedience classes with her so I"m hoping that as we work with her, we will find something that will stop this ... I used to think that because she was a rescue it was an anxiety type of problem but lateley it has been increasing to more than a couple of times per day.


Water intake? I try to keep a clean bowl of water for her at all times? bad idea? how much water should she dring (60 Lbs.) a day?
