My new granddaughter has a name at last!

I love it- Isabella is a very popular name here. Beautiful name that sounds very classy and upscale and yet beautiful throughout all stages of life. Well wishes go out to your new grandbaby and to the family and hope all is well with her.

Our soon to be new pup!!!

The new pup is a cutie--so sorry to hear about the loss of your Killian, but this boy will bring alot of love and happy times back into your home again. We want pics when he makes his way home with you guys!! Good Luck--do you have a name picked out for him yet?

    pumpkin for loose stools???

He use to eat it plain off the spoon but doesn't care for it anymore, so now I try to mix it in with some food to hide the taste from him. I usually fix him some rice or eggs when he's not feeling well then he is so busy eating the "new" food he doesn't notice the pumpkin at all--it really does...

    A boxer's tongue?

I've seen some boxer tongues that stick out further than the mouth, none of ours have been that way, but I do remember pictures of one that was really far out there. I dont know if it could cause any issues- that's something you need to take up with your vet, but I bet it makes for some extra...

YO!!! Rocky just let one rip

Yeah, aren't boxers just lovely sometimes--definately wouldn't want one in the room if I was trying to impress someone new like a boss, new bf/gf, in-laws--LOL

    Adding a second dog?

I also wouldn't place a stereotype on the dog without meeting him. Pits I've came in contact with who have good owners seem as happy as other breeds around new people. (It's usually the little yappy ones who frighten me). Perhaps you could help to foster this guy until he finds a home- that way...

my son is 10 months old!

He is such a cutie and my how big he's gotten--I love those cheeks!! The pic of him and Spike is too cute--you should put that one in black/white and frame it(dont forget to put the date on the back) in your house.

    pumpkin for loose stools???

I give Titan about a tsp. of pure canned pumpkin (not pie filling) when he has an upset tummy. Seems to help, but be careful- dont give too much or it gives a laxative effect!

    From the wrong place?

Titan is my little cheese and egg freak! Funny how they find certain foods that they are just in love with.

?? on Taking Boxers Off-Road in a Jeep

I have a Jeep too and when I take Titan out with me I put him his doggy seat-belt and have myself or a friend sit by him in the backseat. He loves going along for the rides. If you are going to be in an area with rocks kicking up you might see if your pup will wear some goggles or something like...

    Cod liver oil pills

I buy just the regular fish oil capsules to give our dogs. I didnt see cod liver pills though. Very good for the coat! I also just give one capsule daily of 1,000 mg.

    Sick of the Destruction!!

Not only does all the development in the city bother me, but as someone who grew up "out" in the country I"m tired of people building subdivisions out here. If I wanted a neighbor 2feet away from my house I"d live in the city!! Very frustrating and has definately taken away not only from the...

    Toothpaste suggestions

Any kind of pet toothpaste will work, just dont use human toothpaste on your pet. Ours is in a red/white tube that's poultry flavored. Our dogs love it! Good luck and happy teeth cleaning!!

    they used ace!!!

Glad to hear Yuki is doing better. Shame on the vet for not being up-to-date about her patients. I know there are tons of breeds of dogs out there and plenty of things to remember, but you can't just assume every patient is the same and use the same meds on them all. Hopefully your vet will read...
