Poll - Do you let your babies on your furn?

I swear you would think I had never owned a dog before. In the past I have had labs and they were not allowed on the furniture. My Logan sits there looking at me like it is his birth right. I have noticed so many pictures and stories about your babies in your beds, on your furniture. There is no question that he thinks he is a lap dog. He is 7 mos. old and 55#.
Am I "abusing"...lol....my precious dog?

With our 4 it's everyone for themselves. Before,when I had a full lr set,there was a pooch on every cushion. Hubby decedied he just had to have a recliner so we downsized to 2 recliners and a loveseat. Pooh thought Daddy bought a recliner just for her( as soon as I can get my pics loaded you'll see what I mean) and now the other 3 try to cram onto the lone remaining loveseat.Kinda hard when Dozer is 137 lbs :eek: We don't own furniture-the dogs do :)

You bet - but that is a personal thing. I can't imagine not cuddling with my babies on the couch, bed, armchair - they are too much of my heart - but then again my current baby is only 15lbs :) Our girl (bless her heart) was 55lbs you'd have thought she was bigger the way she hogged the bed though!!

I've always let my pets on the furniture. Tyson would much prefer to sit on the couch (usually on a blanket) where it's nice and cushy rather than on the hard floor, so I don't stop him.

Of course! Boxers need to cuddle and they would be very upset if they were not allowed to snuggle with their humans. :)

We will not even talk about no room in the BED! (for me and the BF that is!)

Layla is most definitly allowed on the furniture. She is part of the family after all. She is such a big snuggler, that I couldn't imagine not having her cuddling with us during tv time or sleeping next to us at night.
