well here in ottawa, we hit a bone chilling and record breaking -43 degrees with the windchill (-45 fahrenheit). The air was so dry and cold it hurt. And Cin just doesnt wanna stay n the house.... even though shes out there shivering like crazy

It's 85 degree and balmy. I'm not being sarcastic but I'll think of your when I'll be attacking my concrete floor with my sledge hamer in the hottest part of the house.

LOL...with the wind chill this morning, it was probably 15 degrees when I walked Tae. I thought that was cold. I can't even fathom -40. As we walked this morning, I thought to myself, "I could never live north of here." LOL.

We are having a pretty mild winter so far, but I have had that -45 with wind chill... it is COLD. Sending some warm thoughts your way... break out the hot toddies!

The cold hit New England too! Although it is supposed to get into the high 50's on Thursday...crazy weather huh? Good enough excuse to snuggle with Mason. lovicon

Shannon, is it ever cold!!!Ryker won't even go out now and Ozzy runs out fast and back in. NO walks in sight, I'm so scared of Ozzy's ears freezing. I walked to the mailbox and my eye lashes started to stick together. They were saying on the news tonite that they hope we don't have a power outage so I'm leaving my Christmas lights off till it warms up and trying to conserve energy.

-40s! That's crazy. Here in Charlotte, it got to 31 and I thought that was cold. That's nothing compared to what you're going through. Stay inside where it's warm. Maybe jog your babe around the house...up the stairs and through the bedrooms (ok, I thought it was funny)

It was near 70 degrees and very windy today. But a cold front is headed our direction, and soon we will freeze with the rest of you.

ohhh i hope the power doesnt go out :'( The heat is up in the house but im still freezing. it is supposed to warm up tonight... "warm up" to -35 celcius,...and ittl be -18 tomorrow with snow (-27 with the window chilld) Cinnamon is drivin me nuts because she always wants outside but i refuse to let her out because she doesnt do anything and she stands out there shivering and she comes in and her whiskers are all frosty. Shes sitting at the door whining right now.
