YEP!!! I get asked all the time if Emma is an American Bulldog. When I say she is a Boxer, they think I'm lying! What's up with that? I actually had an argument with a guy and his girlfriend a couple days ago at my son's football practice. They were telling me that there was no such thing!! I'm like, WHAT??? I don't think their elevator went all the way to the top floor! Good thing practice was ending, I couldn't seem to get away from them no matter where I walked!

Anytime you want Sally, when you plan on seeing the dunderheads that question the breed of your lovely Emma, let me know. My flexible schedule permitting, I am happy to go back to the football practice with Jedi to let them compare. There is NO denying she is a boxer when she is next to another one, even for the ignorant

I get the pit bull and bulldog questions, too... mostly from people who don't know that boxers "come" in white. Then I get the " is she a purebred boxer" bit, which really makes me mad. I like the response that they are human, though... that's probably what they would say if they could speak! :D

Jingo has been mistaken for a miniture boxer. She's a small little girl holding her own at 40 lbs.

I think the ears make the difference in people's opinions. Milo's are cropped and he gets the "Ooo, he looks scary" response with him. :rolleyes:

Which is histerycal because at the same time Jingo is flying through the air trying to clean their ears!

Oh yeah! You can pick em up at the local grocery store or mini mall in white, blue, black, green and purple. They "come" in all colors.

I feel much better a lot of people think my boxer is a bull dog too. In fact the first week I had her my neighbors came over and yelled at me! They told me that my pitbull was barking at there dog. And threatened to call the cops on me. Well I was pretty mad considering Fila is never by herself outside, and doesn't EVER bark unless someone is opening the door to my house. I let them meet Fila and let Fila play with there kids. She apologized and left imediatly. Man people these days.

I just checked out Finn's pictures in your gallery, and he is so cute! Congrats!! We get a lot of comments about our marshmellow guy too. Since we now have one white, one brindle and one very red fawn, people usually can guess atleast one out of the three right. :D
