Just last night I was outside doing yard work and a black lab mix from down the street came into our yard. Nothing comes into our yard without Sammy's approvial. Sammy greeted the dog in her usual pushy boxer way (wanting to play) and scared the dog (he took off running and yelping). Sammy chased the dog across the street then came back. Soon after this a man and two kids, the kids saw the whole thing, came up and asked me if my pit bull chased his dog across the street. I said that his dog had come well into our yard and yes my boxer did chase his dog. He was very embarrased, his kids told him that their dog had not come into our yard. We keep our dogs in our yard, they are supervised or crated or, weather permitting, kenneled outside, never allowed to run free, like his dog. The nerve of some people. By the way we also have a white american bulldog. Wonderful dog, a lot like a boxer, gets along great with a boxer, loved as much as our boxers, but not a boxer.
