Bea is home!
She is slightly doped, wobbly, and has no appetite, but she is home! When we went in to pick her up the vet techs were arguing over who would carry her out. She walked slowly to me, putting her bad leg to the ground for the first time in the 2 weeks we have had her. As soon as she saw me & Ed, her nubby started wagging like mad and she pulled on her lead to get to us! I was so happy to see her!
Her eyes are a little goopy from the ointment, but there is no more cherry eye. She has a bald butt, whoever shaved her left half her nubby hairy which just looks so odd. We stopped for McD's french fires, but she did not want any. Her brother Rocky was more than happy to scarf her share because he believes it is a sin to waste food! :rolleyes: Right now she is snoring on the dog bed. Rocky & Mia have sniffed every inch of her to make sure the work was done to their satisfaction. Rocky is laying on the couch looking down at her on the dog bed and I have to keep chasing Mia away because she wants to groom Bea's face (goopy ointment!). I will take some pics tonight, I need to eat some dinner. Now that she is home my appetite is coming back!

I uploaded pics in my gallery and they are pending approval. Bea's scar looks small compared to what I thought it would be, but is still scary. I also posted her after look for her eye.
