gmacleod--I apologize--I think I may have been guilty. I think we all got a little carried away at the thought of saving little Bea. Scolding accepted and lesson learned!!

Update: No surgery tomorrow :( We are still trying to work her into the surgeons schedule, so it looks like next week. I don't want to prolong her discomfort, but I hate the thought of her going under and the long recovery time.

Miss Bea is doing very well today, still standing and taking very small steps. She tires quickly and flops herself down when she doesn't feel like standing anymore. Rocky & Mia are still doting on her. Bea lays in the middle of her dog bed with Rocky and Mia as her servants cleaning her face and bringing toys. They seem confused when she does not pick it up and run & play. Bea is not too fond of a raw diet, so we are still doing hamburger meat & rice. In my effort to make sure she stays hydrated by giving her plenty of fluids she now has very soft stool, not liquid though. Thank God tomorrow is Friday! Our first weekend with Bea, I wish we could take her out, but her walking is supposed to be kept limited. She & Mia are sleeping right now with their tushies touching! Rocky is busy trying to see if there is any left-overs from Bea's meal to scarf down!

I 'm glad Bea is such a sweetheart, I know it makes things much easier for you. Its so wonderful Rocky & Mia are getting along so well with her, I know that makes you proud of them in its self.
