Okay, no one gets to laugh at me, but here it goes.
My food cannot touch other foods on the plate. There are a few exceptions to this rule, like Chinese food for instance, but for the most part the foods must not touch. If the green bean juice gets on the potatoes, the potatoes are inedible (or at least the part with GB juice on it). I also tend to eat one item at a time, unless I make a conscience effort to "mix it up".

And yes, I have been like this for my entire life. My mom always gave me 3 saucers with dinner instead of a dinner plate.
My other issues aren't quite as odd.
I'm afraid of the dark, so I set the sleep timer on the TV for 30 minutes before I go to bed. I can handle the dark should I wake up in the middle of the night, but I cannot go to sleep in pitch darkness.
I cannot sleep if the bedroom closet door is open.
If I get ice cream, the lid to the ice cream gets set in the freezer while I am scooping. If it sits out, and the ice cream stuck on the lid melts, I have to wash and dry it before putting it back on the ice cream container.
My husbands "quirks" are much odder than mine, but that's a whole other thread!
I'm ready for the wagon and the padded walls!!
