I guess some of us forgot about the ability that boxers have to open chain link gates brass snaps work well to control this little thing that they have about working out ways to do just what they want to do, if you sit and watch a boxer you can see thier mind work , out a way to get to a treat or get thru a gate or door give them a challange and they will find a way to overcome it.

my boxer Her name is princess and she is 18 months. SHE STILL eats our couch!!!! she is soooo hyp[er and VEREY dominate, yet extremly timid (got her from a puppy store) :(

Lemme see...now that Boomer's been around for a month, I'll see what I can do as far as naming some of his traits...

-Gas when on my bed
-Burping after dinner
-Eating like he's never been fed before
-Doing frog dog
-Using my clean slacks as a napkin
-Head butting me when I'm not paying enough attention to him
-Doesn't seem to like little yip-yap dogs

I know there are others, but these are all I can think of right now.

Our boxer Ally does all these traits except sleep with feet up. She loves kids and is one of the cutest, smart, and lovable dog I have ever owned.

GINA DOES ALL OF THESE THINGS, BUT ALSO:
TILTING HEAD TO ONE SIDE.
MUST HAVE SOMETHING IN HER MOUTH WHEN WE GET HOME i.e REMOTE CONTROL, TOY OR MOBILE PHONE.
RUNS ROUND IN CIRCLES BEFORE GOING TOILET.
SHAKES HEAD WHILST YANKING LEAD ON WALKS.
BRINGS TOYS TO VISITORS.
ITCHY EARS AFTER DRINKING DADS BEER.
CRYING BEHIND WINDOWS AT DOGS AND PEOPLE.
WONT LET MUMMY AND DADDY CUDDLE, VERY JEALOUS.
LOVES LEG MASSAGE.
HIDES UNDER THE BED WHEN SHES BEEN NAUGHTY.
VERY CLUMSY.
MUST BE NEAR YOU AT ALL TIMES.
LOVES FIGHTING THE VACUUM CLEANER.

Boxer Booster
Okay I have two, Brandy likes;
* to dig, Everywhere!
* box and dodge
* kidney bean
* wipe her slob all over you

And meg, my baby girl Likes;

* laying on my lap
* going for rides
* kidney bean
* give kisses
* box
* sike us out with her ball! She got it from us, we would put the ball down by our feet and then tell her to get it. Then when she tries, we cover it with our feet. Well she does the same thing to us, she gets her ball puts it down near us and looks at us like "get the ball" and if we do, she will snatch it up and run off.

* she runs after her ball and sliiiiiiiiiides down the hallway.

Abbys traits- Licking my face to death when she thinks I'm upset or scared, sleeping on her back with paws in the air, kidney beaning, giving me the "Mommmmm, Puh-leeeeeeze leave me alone!" HUFF, barking and growling at the hairdryer and Baylee (when they're playing), DIGGING at carpet, couch, rug, bed, deck, dirt, gravel... you name it-- we have a "Dig Pit" in the backyard so they will have a place to dig and it won't be under the fence!!

Baylee's traits- while Abby is licking me to death, Baylee will bark at whatever it is she thinks is bothering me (one protects me while the other one comforts me-- isn't that cute!!!) Baylee kidney beans better than any Boxer I've ever seen!!, she also does the "wiggle butt" dance sometimes when she gets so excited that wagging her nub doesn't seem to express her sheer delight, so she shakes her WHOLE rear end, she snores like a COW and huff's with the best of them, she barks and growls at rain, hairdryers, vacuum cleaners, etc; she uses her paws to 'swat' at things like a cat, and she tilts her head alot and you can just read her mind she's thinking "What the .......???"


Aren't they cute??? I LOVE MY BOXER-BABIES!!
