Sasha is only 5 and 1/2 mos old...though I fear the crazy run may continue for some time!

You should get used to it now! It doesn't stop!!! Sam does his all the time in the back yard and in the house. We call it "the blur" and we always know when "it's blur time".

Vacuum lover too!!

I have a vacuum and swiffer lover as well. I had to laugh today because I put the nozzle up to Choppers face and he went to sniff it and it sucked his cheek in....he backed off real fast and didn't play with the sweeper again. I sure hope I haven't scared him away from this great joy of his. He also helps us when we use the swiffer broom. He barks and tries to attack the thing. He is just the biggest cuddle bug there ever was.

Brynn's mom

I have to agree as well with all of Cooper's traits..adding snoring, of course. We have plenty of video of her snores.. They really are the best breed of dog we have had. One of her favorite things to do is give what we call "love". We crouch down on the floor, froglike..and she jellybeans herself over.. gently puts one paw upon each leg and works her way up to one paw on each shoulder..it begins with a big hug and then she eventually tackles you to the floor with big wet ear kisses. She is truly a gem..at only 5 months old..we cannot wait to see her full grown and with even more wonderful habits/traits etc that she will pick along the way.

I truly believe this is the only breed of dog I will ever have.

OK, Chickie1, you mentioned you got your dogs off the gas thing. What is your secret?! Titus can clear a room and when we are all hunkered down watching a movie in the living room, that's when he's at his best!

Hi- Just a suggestion on what works with my dog is a raised dish. He no longer wolfs down his food and it really helped a lot with the gas. My vet reccomends it because it also is really good for preventing the digestion problems that come with big breed dogs. But gas and all these clowns are the best. Mine has all the traits mentioned; he too wipes his mouth on all my furniture-his favorite napkin is the bed skirt in the guest room so noone will come to visit and take his place!

My brutus likes to lie on his back, wrestle with us, and chase anything that moves (flies, lizards, wasps, you name it, he'll chase it). He also likes to swim, that's his new thing since he turned one. He used to chase his tail when he was a puppy, but so did my shih tzu, so i don't know if that is necessarily a boxer thing. But they are definitely the clowns of the dog world!

Your vet is full of what your dog's farts smell like. Dog food is what is causing your boxer's gas. Brutus had the WORST gas, and food allergies, we finally switched him to a raw meat diet (get the book, Dr. Billinghurts "Give your dog a bone", or "Switching to Raw", you can go to BARFdiet.com for more info). A dog's digestive tract is EXACTLY the same as a wolf's. So, in feeding raw, you are actually simulating the natural diet of a wolf because that is what is anatomically correct for your dog to be digesting. My vet reccomends the diet, but there are many vets who do not. By the way, the animals being slaughtered for dog food are condemned animals and consumption of such animals by humans is not permitted by the FDA. So, if Uncle Sam won't let you eat it, why should you feed it to your dog?

My Hollie does all the above..The most funny thing she does is when we are outside she likes to play ball with my daughter Emily...Emily throws the ball and Hollie goes and gets and gets Emily to chase her..Its like she is trying to say ok its your turn to get the ball!!! LOL

, Maggie will always nip at their feet and ankles which causes them to fall down![/QU

[Hollie will chase my son around the room and jump on him and rap her front legs around him and pull him down to the floor...Hollie also will crouch like a cat and wait for him to come around the corner to pounce on him...LOL gets my son every time
