My female Chloe is about 15 months and only 38 pounds, but she has always been very petite right from birth. Our vet thinks she is very healthy and would be overweight if she weighed much more. Our trainer calls her a miniature boxer.

we have had this problem with our 14month old Chloe. We had xrays done, and there is really no major problems. She is able to close her jaw herself and it does not occur very frequently.

We are currently switching Casper (5 mo. old) over from Innova to Canidae and he is doing very well. We just got Chloe (9 weeks old) a few days ago and are also switching her from Iams to Canidae. They puppies love it!

Just wanted to introduce myself, I am new to the boards but they have helped me a lot. We are from Florida, have one four year old son and one 5 month old white boxer named Casper. And - Wednesday we will be picking up Chloe our new brindle baby :)

Thank you for your advise. I did not think about how if we go with another food I will be feeding twice as much. What I really was thinking was possibly switching to something like Canidae or Solid Gold which in my area is about 30% less money than Innova. I still want to feed a premium food...
