We get a kick out of Coco's high pitched "ahhhhhhhhhhhh" yawn. My son was talking to her this morning when she did it and said "mom, coco is a Opera singing boxer!" :)

Yes! Just as people exaggerate thier yawns...Sirus does too! And he too looks at me like I've got 3 heads when I mock him or yawn after he does ('cause we all know that yawns are contagious!) and make a noise. Silly dogs!

HAHA Porter does that too. It's hillarious!!! One of the many perfect Boxer traits that ammuse the heck out of me and just make me love the breed more!!!

My deaf boy Rider does this. In fact, he is one of the noisiest dogs I've ever seen. He "talks" all the time. So loud in play and constantly "talks" to me or the other two dogs. Amazing for a deaf dog, at least to me.

I think its rather endearing, myself. :)

I love when Rocky does this...especially if Lola or Mia is around because both will do a head tilt as if trying to comprehend exactly what that crazty big guy just said!

Grunt does it too, loudly and clearly, when he's very, very bored and wants everyone to know it. He also does it sometimes when he wakes up in the morning, comes and licks, licks, licks my face, and I turn over and pretend to go back to sleep. Then he does a yawn squeak, followed by what sounds like "harumph" - it's so funny - with him around I never get up grouchy anymore. :)
