Where is the Most Beautiful Place you've travelled?

For me I'd have to say Montalcino in Italy. It is in the middle of Tuscany on top of a big hill. It is so breathtaking and gorgeous. The cobblestone streets and ancient cathedrals and fortresses are beautiful! We got to go there for "free" because my hubby was attending/presenting at a conference there regarding Nectar Production for his Masters Thesis so the University picked up the tab. I liked Rome too but it was a lot more crowded and dirty. The smaller little towns were so beautiful and the pasta soooo good. Oh yes, and the Art is amazing especially the ceiling in the Cistine Chapel. Mark wants to "retire" there but I said NO WAY! How would I ever get my boxers there

As soon as we are done school I would love to travel Europe before we have kids.

I just got married in Negril, Jamaica...and that was definetly one of the most beautiful places I have ever been.

Sedona, Arizona...at sunset...

The Grand Canyon...one of the most amazing sites I have ever seen.

NYC...when we got to the top of the Empire State Building, there was 25 miles worth of visbility and it was the most beautiful day.

Scotland...one of our stops on our honeymoon 14 years ago. The views were just spectacular!

I have to second Scotland! lovicon its so beautiful, the mountains the heather the sheep and most of all the people, most friendliest people I have every met. They have the best pubs. All their castles and history is great. If I have a chance I am going back.

Might sound boring to all you world travellers, but IMHO the most beautiful place is the Upper Pennisula of Michigan on the shores of Lake Superior. It is superior! I went to college up there and wish I had been into photography at the time. I'd have some prize winners! Not because of my talent, you don't have to be talented to take breathtaking photos of that landscape.

I'd have to go with Kauii if you're into lush, green and just plain breathtaking! As for sightseeing I'm going with Egypt! Both of those places are beautiful, but in completely different ways!
