My Evie is funny. She's not really afraid of anything except a wet sidewalk. She will NOT walk on a wet sidewalk!! Otherwise, she loves the water!! Adam so far isnt afraid, but he barks and bites the vacuum making is quite the chore to clean!! LOL

anything electric

Like many other replies you have had, my boy mateus is afraid of anything electric. Vaccuums, hair dryers, razors. He is to the point he is not afraid of his brush. If anyone has suggestions on how to cure him of this that would be most helpful!!
Good luck.:D

another thing

Ok mateus has a new fear. Hot water bottles. Anyone else have this problem. I don't think its the heat, it may be just the sound of it. Anyhow he is really really scared of them. He leaped in the air!!

jenn & mateus:confused:

I always just thought he was strange

All I can say is...... Thank God, I always just thought I had the strangest "scaredy cat" for a furbaby. We had to get rid of our floor lamps b/c Mason would not go near them ( he toppled one over when he was a pup, it didn't land on him but nevertheless...)It got to be a full time job fetching his toys for him when they landed or rolled near the lamp.:p I thought he's grow out of it but till this day as far as he's concerned floor lamps are the devil. He is also afraid of baby gates for the same reason. What I always thought strange was that he has never been afraid of the normal things: vaccuum's, storms, fireworks etc. Nope my "brave" boy is afraid of lamps!!!!

The vacuum is evil and must be destroyed! No fear of it, Daisy just thinks it's a game. The only thing that she's shown real fear of so far is my son's baseball glove. Go figure!

Garbage cans

We have the giant green plastic garbage cans that everyone in the city has to use. If there is one on our path, he'll leap to get away from it.

Scrapper's Mom

Boxer Insane
Well, since I moved the phone, the cord sometimes hangs down by Scrapper's bowl. He has now become deathly afraid of it  to the point that he won't eat and runs away if the evil, threatening curly cord is anywhere near. Mommy has to come and move the bad cord so it won't hurt Scrapper.
