That lymphoma is nasty stuff! So many of us here in the last few weeks lost our babies to it. Titus was diagnosed in June, was in and out of remission, but in the end, went downhill fast. Abby and Titus are now cancer and pain free, running and playing at the bridge. What a beautiful tribute to her.

I am so sorry for your loss. The only comfort is knowing that they are no longer in pain. I had to make that awful decision for my first baby too. It is not an easy one but it is the best.

Your tribute is beautiful. I love the picture of her looking at the stuffed animal!

I wanted to pass along my sincerest condolences on your loss of Abby. She truly was a beautiful, majestic girl. While losing them is hard, not have ever experienced their love would be that much harder. Take care of yourself and know that you did the best for Abby. Take care.

I am so sorry for your loss. Your tirbute to her is beautiful.... Abby will watch over you and be proud of you for helping with the tsunami crisis.... Lots of boxer kisses from Buster and hugs from Vicky

aaawww, that is such a very special tribute to miss Abby:)
What a beautiful girl she is. The days will get brighter for sure. Grieving is a long process and takes time and patience.
I will light a candle for her tonight and please be safe while helping with the tsunami relief.
You are such a very courageous person for giving your baby freedom from that nasty disease, leaving your family behind while you go and help out the so many hundreds of thousands of people in such dire need right now. I hope that you can find peace in this time and still maintain your inner and outer strength to go on everyday away from them.
Be well, you will be in my thoughts and Abby also:)

Thanks everyone for your warmth and compassion. It helped to share my baby with all of you.

I'm healing. As part of my grief therapy, I have started looking for breeders and have come across a wonderful breeder who plans on having another litter in May/Jun. They are going to be some beautiful pups, so I am excited for the future. Though I could never replace Abby, by summer, we will be ready to add a new member to our family.

Abby was always so sad when I was down. She wouldn't want me to continue to mope around, so I feel I must focus on all of the wonderful memories I made with her and cherish them. Life is too short to keep dwelling on the hard times.

Hope all of you are healing as well. The sun will shine again...
