So sorry to hear about your girl :( I hope she continues to fare well despite this. Have not used vetmedin but know a number of folks who have and it has shown great promise for dogs in heart failure and with cardiomyopathy improving quality of life and slowing the effects of the disease. I wish you and Sophie only the best
