Boxer Booster
Well the vet called this morning and Apollo hasn't throw up all night, but 90% of the beryllium seems to make it through his system, but 10% is stuck in his small instestine, leading them to believe he might have something stuck in there.
Why this "thing" hasn't shown up on the x-rays, I don't know, I am not a vet. I just know I want my little guy fixed and back at home.
The team of doctors are going to meet in the morning and collectively decide if exploratory surgery is the next step, but they are all in agreement that he has been there way to long for a simple gastritis problem. Something else has to be going on.
My only fear is that it is not something he ate, but a tumor or possibly worse, cancer or something of the like, but I think those wouldn't have come on as fast (i.e. overnight), it would have been a progression. But it could have been progressing and this was the final stage that put him into pain.

Try not to worry and do your best to stay positive, I know it's hard but you've got to try. We are going to keep our fingers and paws crossed until little Apollo comes home to stay. You're in our thoughts and prayers and we hope the next update is the good one we are all waiting to hear
