Is there a treatment schedule you are on for it since it is so reoccurring?

Not really. They usually give me a medicine for nausea (SP) They (doctors) aren't sure why I get it as often as I do. Sometimes it's brought on by food and even stress. Sometimes the symtoms last for a day and the last time I got sick I was out of work for a week. I just have to be very careful and limited in what I eat and try to keep my stress level to a minimum.
Knock on wood it has actually been about 4 months since my last ER visit, so we are hoping maybe it was just a phase my body was going through. I'm sorry I can't be of more help but I sure do hope it's not a reoccurring thing for little Apollo Please give his smooshy face a kiss from me when you see him

We got word yesterday that Apollo had not thrown up all day and that if he kept his food down throughout the night, that he could come home today.

We immediately called this morning, only to find out he had not kept his food down. :( They are going to x-ray him again this morning to make sure they haven't missed anything else, but they are still unsure when he will get past this throwing up stage.

So sorry to hear that Apollo couldn't keep his food down. I am praying that he will have a turnaround to the good and be able to keep down his food, fluids and come home to you all! Please remember if you don't feel like you are getting good enough answers or the vet is not working fast enough, there are other vets out there. Lots of prayers and Boxer hugs are coming your way!
