Please pray for Josi

When our german shepherd Roxie passed I thought I would never "get over" it. For a long time I couldn't think of her or look at pictures of her without crying. I had my favorite picture of her made into an 8x10, framed it and put it on my desk. I created an entire scrapbook just of her, starting with puppy pictures to a tribute to her on the last page. She became part of my e-mail address and as you see, my user name in many cases. She is still my wallpaper on my home computer 2 years later (it is unbearable to think about changing it). I don't know when it happened but I no longer cry EVERY time I see or think of her, I mostly smile. Right now I know that you can't imagine that day but eventually it will come. The BW support system will be here for you whenever you need us - just ask.

Staci and Brian I am thinking of you both and also of Josi... I can't stop thinking of you and how you guys are doing... I just wanted to let you know I'm sending a prayer for you both... and Miss Josi always is close to my heart...

btw I hope you dont mind I added Miss Josi to my signature just as a tribute to a wonderful wonderful girl, I loved also... (I may not have hugged her, kissed her, or even smelled her, but your words made me love her...)

Sorry i am a little late in saying how sorry i am to read the passing of Ms Josi,I like so many others have been following along and praying for her(tears)i am not much of a writer and some times i dont put the words right but you can believe me when i say that my heart is aching too for the loss of Ms Josi i feel i've lost a friend.I wish you and Brian well and will be keeping you both in our thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time.I know i speak for everyone here on BW that when i say that you will always have a friend to talk to whenever you need/want to.Sorry this is so long,Godspeed sweet Josi,may you run forever free

I'm so sorry that Josi has lost the battle, but she sure was a fighter. You and your husband gave her the best life and all the love that she deserved, so you can hopefully take some comfort in that. My thoughts are with you!
