My great-grandfather's name was Elias (Ee-lye-is) and I think it would be a nice girl's name too.

I also like the name Cielo (See-ay-low) because I had a Thoroughbred horse named that once. My grandmother named her children after plow horses (they hate that!) so maybe its a good omen! ha ha

There was a girl I grew up with whose name was Leiloni (sp?) but it is pronounced "Lay-lawn-ee" and means something like pretty little flower. Very different but beautiful.

While in Disney recently, we heard a few unusual names and I thought of you! There were two boys named Cooper and Noble. Of course I LOVE Cooper! Three sisters named Margaux, Madalyn, and Morgan. There was also a very sweet little girl that Callie played with named Kinsey.

Boys: Kevin, Chad, Lloyd, Alva, Zander
These come to mind. Please remember to write out the name with the middle and last. So the initials don't spell a phrase you might not want for life. Sean and Bailey, Harper,Tatianna, Brooke,
These might not be unusual enough.:)

My whole pregnancy the drs. told me daughter was a boy so you can imagine the surprise when she came out and I had no name for her. After 3 days and much deliberation I went with Ciera. It's a combo name really. My mother wears Ciara perfume and in a baby book I had Ciara meant princess. So I altered it a little.

Daniel's name was a given.

My name is pretty unusual too, I get all kinds of variations of it from Danielle to Darnelle but it's pronounced Da-Nell.

Read a few books over the summer....here are some names:

JuliaBell - my new fav name (but my name is Julianne so i'm not sure about that, as I've already told fiance we're never having a jr.)

For a boy how about Gunner (had I had another kid and it was a boy, that would have been the name)
Now what about the name Ski ( my son's name, but spelled Skii) he's the only one in his high school w/ that name LOL! And people never have a hard time remembering it! Lot's of people ask what it is short for....I tell them that's it, we spent the summer on the lake skiing while I was preg and having the time of our lives, so it was perfect!

My fave for a boy is Sheldon Thomas or Jeren Kane...that is my nephew's name. I just love those 2 names for a boy. or Jordan Kane, or Tyler Jordan, I also love Payton Thomas. Or I like Payton Nicole!!.:D :p
