If you could change one thing about the breed what would it be?

I think i would have to go with their lifespan as well it just aint long enough i'm afraid.

I would change lifespan, gas output and health, like everyone else.

And just for fun...I wish they also came in Harlequin, like Great Danes. It is such a cool and pretty colour. It always looks like a person is taking a mini-Holstein for a walk when I see them on the street.

Lifespan......Lifespan.....The snoring I love ....the gas I laugh at....the drool is no biggie....everything else is a given.
I can't imagine the day we lose Boo...that just breaks my heart to even think about it :(...so I try not to!!!..Thats the day when we'll be so glad to hear the snoring...the gas...& clean up the drool !!!

I agree--lifespan and health!

I would make them less popular to BYB's and puppy mills.
They cause the following problems:

Too many great boxers in BAD homes - poor care and no lifetime committments
Poorly bred boxers - higher incidents of illnesses

Then we could leave the breeding up to the professionals. Cancer would go down as well as other issues. Then all boxers could live long lives full of love!
