Boxer Insane
Bea update: She continues to eat well and is now showing some personality. She shocked me by trying to run the fence with Rocky. She was surprisingly fast and only used 3 legs. I am still not having much luck on raw with Bea. I home-cooked for her (chicken stew) and she loves this. I am going to search for a recipe I saw here at BW for chicken wings in a pressure cooker (the bone is left in and cooked until mushy). She likes banana's! I was feeding Rocky and she was right there wiggling for a slice so I gave it to her expecting her to spit it out. No way, she loved it! I bathed her yesterday (she did not care for this at all!).
Tomorrow I will call the vet to see if she was able to be worked into the schedule, also I am concerned because she pees, squatting down so much only to pee a couple of drops. Maybe the antibiotics. We have dropped the pain meds from 4 times a day to 2 times a day and she is perky and does not seem to be in pain at all. I see her wanting to play with Rocky, her eyes following him everywhere. After the surgery it will be kennel time for her as she recovers to minimize her movements. Poor baby. I can't wait to see her run...
