Healing vibes going out to GDOGS.

Don't panic too much. Roxi had a small (quarter size) MCT removed two years ago and has another smaller one that we'll be having the vet look at this week. The scar on her knee is as ugly as can be, but that was mostly because there isn;t a whole lot of extra skin there to play with. As long as the tumor is small and contained, the vet should be able to remove it with clean margins and you have a very good chance of never seeing it again. Additional research I was looking at this week said although Boxers are more prone to MCT, they also tend to have the mildest form (grade 1).

Sending more healing and hopeful vibes for GDOGS, and hope his surgery goes well, they get everything. Please keep us posted. Hang in there, I'm keeping you in my thoughts, too, because I know how worried you are.

Oskar has had 4 removed. One was about the size of a lima bean but the others were smaller. Thankfully they were only stage one. Sending good vibes your way!

Well dropped GDOGS off at the vets this morning about 7:45 and had to put him in one of cages and he just didn't want to go in,so after a little effort he finally went in and when i closed the gate he just started crying and running around in circles.it was just so hard to leave him there,when he settled down he just looked up at me with those big sad eyes asking me why are you doing this to me(i felt like crying)The vet said he should be able to come home around 2pm today.will let everyone know when i get him home and how he is doing.Thanx for everyones healing ((((vibes))))and well wishes they are much appreciated
