This sounds very similar to what my mom's Shephard's Pie is, only we make ours with green beans instead of corn. Very yummy!

LOL! You should've stopped--I'd have fed you! :LOL: I absolutely LOVE having people over for dinner! Cooking is one of my favorite things, and my DH & I are big on cocktail & dinner parties!

That Asian Fusion Event sounds pretty cool! I have a friend in Fremont--maybe I will pick her up and go to SF for the it too!

I am going to go post a few recipes in the recipe forum right now--a few Indian ones I made for a big dinner for a group of friends--it all turned out pretty well, so I will share them!

Yeah, but what I want to know is...why that vinegar is always in a big old whiskey bottle, or similar, with holes in the top,....do ya think it adds to the taste???? :)

I'm off down the road now,...I am gonna be so decadent, and go for a big plate of pie an mash, and it's only Thursday, normally it's a saturday thing innit!...I might give the vinegar a go too :)
