I knew it was bad when I was talking to my coworkers a couple days ago, and found out that they know my 2 dogs' names, but have no clue what my husbands name is!!!!!

This made me rofl, my eyes were literally watering.

I agree, my hubby said he could only take off 1 week for our summer hoilday next year (runs his own business) and I was fine with it (normally I moan and get my own way) but the other night I just said "Ok babe", he said "OMG you don't want to go away for 2 weeks and leave Lola that long in kennels do you?" I said yep, that's right.................How sad am I? Lol

Yeah people are always tellin me that "they are just dogs". Boy are they wrong....thats the understatement of the year!! I treat em just like I would if I had kids...to me they are my babies and thats how they r treated!!

I get this statement alot...especially by my mother. Dh and I both love the boxers and cockers. He knows I tend to play favorites though. I think spoiling Jasmine and Sophie is half my problem that they sometimes get into scuffles. I just can't help it. He does bug me about being on BW too much.

You guys are GREAT! I feel so much better knowing I'm not the only one. I love Keeya so much it's scary. I have 4 teenage kids and they're growing up way too fast and don't seem to need me as much (except for food, laundry and money). I love having my baby girl to spoil! And you're right. She loves me unconditionally. Thanks for all of your great responses. Some of them made me laugh out loud. I love this place!

Yep, I go through this with DH. He thinks I am obsessed too. Oh well. But every now & then I catch him giving Ginger smooches when I am not looking.

I can relate of all of the posts here . I travel a fair amount for business and my 27 year old daughter always tells me that she thinks I miss the dogs more than her. My response to that is "that's because you are not puppy cute anymore"

I'm telling you, when I come home from a trip I am itching for some puppy love!

Yes I catch heck all the time mainly from DH. But ya know, I have caught him loving on her & talking sweet to her. God forbid I tell anyone though..

BF tells me all the time I am crazy and so is everyone on BW (I defend ya'll, don't worry)!!! I try to explain to him, but he says that Calla is just a dog and that I shouldn't get so attached to an animal that is going to leave me one day. Well, I think he is crazy!!! How could someone not fall head over heels for this wonderful breed? He says he hasn't, but every night he gets in the floor and plays with her and every morning after I get up, he wraps his arms around her and goes back to sleep! Sounds like he may just be getting a little CRAZY too, huh?

I had to just laugh when I came across this. I have only had Taylor for one week now and my DH says I am obsessed. Not only with her, but with BW!!! If he knows I am upstairs, I try to type as quietly as I can. Otherwise, he comes over to my computer, looks, shakes his head and walks away laughing. Last night we went to a football game and it drove me nuts knowing she was home alone. And he called me on it right away. He says it is like we had another baby....and it is! He offered me his phone so I could call a neighbor to have them check in on her. But, he loves her just as much as I do. He rolls around on the floor with her and lets her lick him like crazy on his head and face!
It's nice to know I am not alone!!! =)

My DH thinks I am obsessed too! Oh well, maybe I am. I told him if I were single I would probably have 2 more! LOL Maybe in a few years when Roxy is older I will get another one. But right now we have a baby on the way and that would be a little hectic! LOL
