Esther...one of our Holland Lops was a baby show bunny. We got her when she was 4 months old. I don't think she was socialized very much at all because she is really skittish when she is out of her cage. She has the tattoo in her ear and all! We call her our little Diva because after all, she was in beauty pagents. Our other bunny who we bought at a very young age was handled all of the time. She on the other hand is so social. She just loves people and I think it's because of all of the love she got growing up!

Az Boxr Lovr...Thats neat about the Holland Lop. We have one Holland Lop. (just for fun 
) I wonder if you got it from someone I would know. That is interesting. People come from all over the United States at our rabbit shows here. Its nice to meet people from many places.
Most of all our rabbits are pretty gentle. They get lots of attention from me, my sister, my brother, and my three step-siblings. :D

My kids are wanting a rabbit for inside the house. With 3 dogs and a cat , don't think it would work right now. I used to raise and show French lops when I was younger, talk about some BIG rabbits. They went 12-15lbs easy. My dad had to carry them for me cause the were so big. They were always kept outside in pens. I may eventually may get the kids a mini some day, I really like the satins and rex's. My fav's are the Flemish giants, they can get up to 20lbs. My nephews still show alot in 4H and looks like this will be there last year.
