These are so great!

I have just been cracking up as I read these. It is so great to know that my two are not alone in the crazy things they do.

Here is another:

"Reality Check": (verb) While kidney-beaning, walking or running into an object such as a door jam or coffee table because the boxer is not watching where he/she is going. (although it usually does not phase the boxer)

slinky run!

It's like the previously mentioned inchworm, only done in pure terror, it resembles a marine underfire racing underbarbwire....without the marine or wire and is done most the time when on a *well was meant to be a walk* and something spooks the pup! And while you want to stop and comfort the pooch and tell him all is okay, you are too busy being drug behind, dead weight you are for the whole get away process!

Boxer two-step: the dance a boxer does while shadowing mom to keep from being stepped on or bumped into......or is it really the dance that mom does while being shadowed to keep from stepping on or bumping into her boxer baby??!!

My daughter thinks I'm insane!

While I am sitting here reading all of these posts and I can not stop laughing, my daughter tells me that I need a BW support group. I tell her "Sweetheart...this IS the support group." Anyway, here's my addition.

Jack Nicholson Eyes--This is usually said with an "Oh NO" in front of it in a paniced voice. It's when Boxers are really getting into crazy play mode and their eyes get so wide that you can see the white all around their eyes!

Getting the 5th degree--This happens everytime you come home. You need to stand still while your Boxer smells you up and down to make sure you were not playing with another dog..Gasp!!

The flying Mush--When your Boxer lays down on his back and you can see the hot pink of the inside of his mush. This state usually causes the Mommy to run over to the Boxer and kiss him uncontrollably due to cuteness.

Being Mushed--When your Boxer comes up to you and just pokes you with his mush for no apparent reason. Can actually hurt if done in certain areas!

The Double B--Stands for all of the Boxer Boogers on the walls.

The Boxer Bath--That's what the humans get after the Boxer takes a nice long drink of water!

The Boxer Bath--That's what the humans get after the Boxer takes a nice long drink of water!
...

"Stealth Puddle" -- what, despite all attempts at containment, lays around the Boxer water bowl, invisible until discovered by the Human. (Goes along with "Boxer Bath and Soggy Sox" see below)

"Soggy Sox" -- what the Human, primarily the "Daddy," gets when, while getting ready to leave for work, but before putting shoes on by front door, he steps near the water bowl after the Boxer has been drinking. Causes clean socks to immediately be thrown into laundry hamper and results in "$%*&#"

$%*&#" -- Meaningless curses emitted randomly and simultaneously with the arrival of "Soggy Sox" or "Boxer Bath" when Human is trying to dress nicely. NOTE: This is a completely involuntary response, like blinking and does not in any way reflect the Human's affection to the Boxer.

Ok here's mine

blow- the sound boxers make when not sure if something (ex. meter man, mailman) is worth a whole bark or growl. The blow causes the lips to slightly go out as air escapes.

"I'm confused" look- done when a boxer doesn't know what something is. The boxer turns head back and forth looks like she is trying to crack her neck

Here's one:

The Nudge -action by boxer when mom or dad aren't really interested in playing where boxer continually and tirelessly "pushes" toy into mom and dad's feet, arm, or any other place boxer can find. Especially done well boxer uses weapon that is wet and slimey!!!

"toy dependency": a boxer disorder characterized by the the inability of a boxer to fall asleep without first grabbing a toy and then leaving it under her chin while she goes to sleep.

"enable": (verb) to encourage and make possible certain undesireable boxer disorders

"spendathon": the result of an obsessed mommy's desire to "enable" her boxer's "toy dependency". Most often takes place at PetCo, but occassionally at PetSmart. Not dependant on whether mom presently has money for food, books or rent

"the human pretzel": the sleep shape which results when above mentioned mommy tries to sleep without interrupting her boxer with the "toy dependency"

That is so funny! but neither of my fur babies have gotten anything stuck to their butt after a poop! that must be so funny! What about:

Eye bogies: The morning eye crust mom has to wipe away that dad always leaves that Tyson gets first and Ali gets last always!
