I am so very sorry for what you and Catfish are going through. Poor boy. :( Many prayers, vibes and wiggles coming your way. I am sure it is tearing you up inside. Be strong. :o

Dear Jessie, I am so sad reading your post - my heart hurts for you and Catfish. There are other members whose babies have had osteosarcoma and I'm sure they will step up and help out as much as they can and give you a lot of input. You will do what is best for him in every way - I know you love that sweet boy more than words can say. I keep you and Catfish in my thoughts, and Grunt and I send gentle hugs to you and your brave boy.

Jessie,

I just caught this thread. I am so sorry for all that you and Catfish have endured. Poor baby, poor you. Please know that you are in our thoughts and that Maggie and I are sending you our hugs and boxer kisses.

You guys are awesome - thanks endlessly for all the positive words. We've decided to just keep Catfish at home and not go through with the other drug. I couldn't bear doing him more harm than good, so we're just going to love him to pieces while we can. He has been acting great all day and went on a walk this morning. His appetite is enormous, too, so today is a really good day. I'm planning to take him somewhere special this weekend and continue to spoil him rotten! I'll keep you posted :0)

Give lots of sweet kisses to all your babies for us!

I know I sound like a broken record but Rocky lived 13 months after finding out he had osteosarcoma. We choice no amputation and the tumor on his leg continued to grow but his determination grew stronger. He ruled our house and took our heart with him. Not a day goes by I don't miss him but we had one wondeful year before we had to say goodbye...enjoy each day and give Catfish a big hug for me....you are in my thoughts

I think you made the right decision, I can't say that I would have gone through with the chemo either. Best of luck to you and make every moment count. He sounds like a strong little man. Give him big slobbery kisses and hugs from us.
