You guys are AWESOME! Can't thank you enough for all the support. And I know the prayers and good vibes are going a long way becuase he had his best evening, night and morning that he's had since coming home. He still has a lot of pain where the swelling/fluid is, but after lots of research I think I need to have it drained and he'll be almost free of the pain. He played with us last night and slept in his usual spot (instead of in the large crate I've been keeping him in at night to be safe) and slept like a baby. His ears are more perked up and his little tail is tick-tocking more and more. I'll keep you posted on the results of his biopsy, but know that it warms my heart that you guys care about him so much. Give all of your sweet babies hugs from me and Catty!!

By the way, I posted two new pictures of him post surgery that should be viewable soon. I'll take and send more once he's healed up better and his staples are removed...

The pictures of Catfish were precious. I hope he continues to get better each day. They are survivors and they will do what it takes to stay with those they love as long as they can and of course we will do the same....hang in there and stay strong!!

I hope Catfish is doing well. This question has been burning me since I first saw this thread, it is a little off the topic of his amputation, but how did Catfish get his name, if you don't mind me asking.
