Your letter was beautiful and touching. Please know that those babies love you so much - they understand and just want their Daddy to be well.

I am glad that you have neighbors that care that deeply for you! I wish I was closer so that I could pitch in! Please know that you are in my thoughts and my prayers. And remember - you are not alone - you have a ton of friends and family right here!

What a wonderful post. Family is just those that love us! And you have family around the world who cherish your posts and thoughts about the dogs we love dearly.
I willl never ever except that are animals are not 100% family and just as important as any person alive!
Life has been emotionally hard for 4 yrs - without the love of my babies it would have been easy to give it up.

Dan, I'm so sorry you have been ill, and I hope you will soon be much, much better!

I do know how much a family one's dogs can be because I have no skin family nearby either. So Samantha and Beau are all I have. They are so sweet, and I look forward to coming home to them everyday!

I'm glad you have such good neighbors, too! That means a lot to you, I'm sure!

We are your BW family, and we completely understand how you feel about your babies!

Dan I hope you are on the road to a speedy recovery. You are an insperation to all of us. Your babies love you no matter what and they will be by your side no matter what. That is the most precious thing about our babies. They give 100% and never ask for anything, well maybe the occational treat or tug of war!

I have two boys not dogs they will never be dogs to me. They are my children and my family. I was asked by our student newspaper for a quote that I liv by here is mine: "If everyone in the world loved as a dog loved it would be a perfect place" Dan we are here for you as your BW family and I hope you get well soon.

I read your post and I too was all choked up. Trust me, I understand completely about just having your dogs. It is just me and mattie, and when times get rough... I look at her and she gives me a reason to go on because she needs to eat and needs her momma. I can't leave her without her whining. Mattie says "whoooo wooooo" and give big boxer kisses to you and your 3 babies. If only you were a little closer !! WE could have puppy play days all the time !! give your dogs kisses for me ! Hope that you continue healing !!!

When I need comfort, for whatever reason, I only have to look by feet, b/c my babies are right there waiting to give it to me.
