I named Suede after one of our CD's (Suede UK band) we went through the collection and it suited her and was different she is a Brindle and my husband didn't want a girlie name.....everyone loves it and we have Sky, very cute I just loved the name it went well with Suede

Why I choose Champ

I choose the name Champ because I wanted to keep with boxer theme, and what better way to do it than the name CHAMP!!! I thought about Ali because he was one of the greatest boxers of all time but thought Champ had a better ring to it. In the future I would like to get another boxer and name him Boss after the two brothers in the NFL Boss and Champ Bailey.

My 10 week old brindle is named "CASH". From the time we put down the deposit on him at 6 weeks until the time he was ready to go home at 8 weeks, we struggled on a name - we were trying to decide between "Clay" and "Beltran". One day my wife asked me in what form I would be paying off the puppy as I had payed the deposit in the form of a personal check. I replied to her, "I'm gonna pay in cash money"...hence the name "CASH". His full name is...get this, "Peydon Cash Money"

My female was named Hope before we got her. As a pup (weeks old), she almost died. The owner named her Hope because she hoped with all her might that she would live. She did a fantastic job nursing her back to health. We just loved the name because of everything she had been through.
One year later, Hope is 50 lbs and thriving. We love her so much.

Name change

WHile our two are named Maggie and NAomi...I have unofficially changed their names to "Pork" (Naomi) and "Beans" (Maggie)! If you met these two you'd understand...Naomi is a little porky, and Maggie is a few beans short of a bushel!!

Buddy

It took us weeks to finally agree on a name for our rescue boxer. We finally agreed BUDDY should it. Reason being he acts like he is best friends with anyone he meets! Plus the name is really funny when strangers say, "Hi buddy!" - he thinks they know his name so Buddy gets really excited then! I just love to see that tail go!

I named my fella Elvis because I am an Elvis Fan!!!

My partner hates the name and refuses to call him it in public, I get mad at him because i think it is a great name as he shakes like Elvis when he gets excited!!!! LOL

We do call him Elvie also which he happily comes to.

Looked up Elvis and it means Nobel Friend,elf Friend !

Joe (Boxer) found his way home through our local Boxer rescue organization. He was given this name before we had him.
