As I read these postings, I let out a laugh, but then, there were the "oh My" comments too.

Lexi and Ruby haven't been too bad, but they have destroyed a few things.
1. They tear all the squeekers out of their toys.
2. Ruby got the baking cocao out of the corner cupboard, drug it in the LR and licked it. Yuck. My daughter came home and found a huge brown spot on the carpet. She called me at work and told me about it. There was a stain left on the carpet, but most of it came out.
3. I had a Thomas Kincade dish on my table (stupid me). It wasn't too expensive, but I thought it was relly pretty.
4. The other day, I found Ruby w/ a full bottle of a blue sport drink. She was trying to get the lid off (her favorite sport). Luckily I caught her before she opened it.

It's a good thing we love our boxers!

5. And this has got to be the cherry on all the damage: A brand new $80.00 graduate textbook, that I hadnt even cracked the spine on yet titled: The Handbook of Applied Animal Behavior Vol 1!!! into little bitty balled pieces cover and all. Best part of this: She was 5 YRS OLD!!!!

Foster Dogs list:
1. Various redecorating with my bathroom trashcan! (*Especially nice to find out about when the dog walker told me what was spread all over the house when he came in :o

Gotta love the entertainment!

LOL--guess Kaitie decided to give you a hands-on (or mouth-on) lesson in animal behavior! and I would have crawled up and died over the foster dog's "decorating ideas"! Did the poor dogwalker ever come back or was he scared off/grossed out for good?!

I am SOOOOO glad my Sadie Bug isn't the only heathen in the bunch! LOL When we first got her years ago she chewed uo a brand new mattress, box springs, and headboard....cut her lip and whined all day afterwards LOL It didn't take us long to learn to crate her while we weren't home

Jackson seems to be my little electronic specialist in the house. He has chewed up my brand new cellphone twice and the replacement brand new cellphone once. Not to mention my mother's cellphone got the same treatment! I've also lost a Research textbook, and DH's glasses. That being said, he is really a good dog in my opinion even if he is public enemy #1 of Verizon Wireless!!

The carpet in our spare/computer room. We had only had him for a few days and we didn't have the crate yet, so I was putting him in the spare room (where he now sleeps on his own futon) and took my daughter to her hockey game. Came home to find about 6 feet of the carpet from the door into the room literally ripped to shreds, underpadding and all. We were planning on putting hardwood in that room, but just not at this time. Oh well!

Also, ate my good running shoes. Actually he did me a favour because I had been wanting a new pair and it gave me an excuse to go out and buy them.

My daughter's hockey mouth guard case. At least he didn't eat the mouth guard because it is a moulded one from the dentist and I didn't want to have to go get a new one already.

Other than that, lots of paper and he loves teddy bears.

It's been a while since I've posted here, but let's see....Kasch has ripped the telephone box off of our house, the cable box, he's literally EATEN the screens off of all but one of our windows (our daughter's window, imagine that guess he doesn't want her sneaking out). He also broke one of the planks in our wooden fence (cracked it into) then ripped the broken part off at the top so that he could sit on top of our grill and look out of the fence. I've seen him do it. I put him out back to play one day, ran to the store, came home to find him perched on TOP of our grill with his head peaking through the opening.
He hasn't (thankfully) torn anything up inside of the house, just everything OUTside of the house.

I'm not complaining though, because we almost lost him when he was 6 months old. Took alot of medicine and nursing to get him where he is now, so I'll take the bad with the good anyday.
