ok the black and white line of right and wrong reasoning is gray here I dont know how to help this pup.
I'm sitting here watching the snow pile up outside thinking of a poor flashy brindal boxer up the road on a chain!
1.now the the problem is that I cant take another my land lord wont let me for starters
2. the owners friends with my hubby. I didnt have aramis 24 hours and he seen my pup and was asking why i didnt get a female (he has a male)
3. I live in a busy part of my road one trip out to go potty and a kidnaped dog would be found! so i cant kidnap him. and I'm not sure if my hubby wouldnt give me away just to stay on the land lords good side.
but my pups seen snow for the first time today and while they loved it and ran laps around the yard. it wasnt a 1/2 hour before they wanted inside to warm up and dry off. and I relised just how fast they realy do get cold in the snow. only now how do i save this poor boxer and not get cought with him or word get back that I got him help. I live way, way out in the country and word like this could be a bad thing for a person. but thares no love on the end of a chain. I can almost garrentee that the pup's never been indoors, no less have inside mannors. and one other thing I know this man raises fighting roosters I know for a fact he used to. not sure about now, but I dont think he'd spent that much time with a dog to teach him in such ways. at least I'd pray not! I go past him on our walks he seems like a bouncey wiggley boxer from the road in the summer. and he always talks to mine and wants to play (I think) but he needs help! and soon I think I was told he was a little over a year I wouldnt give him two years old yet he acts like a pup. he'd be easy to get he's far away from the house, but he's a talker....
I .....he needs some help fast I dont want to see this poor pups toes frozen and I'm sure his water is a ice cube by now. can boxer toes get frost bite? I realy think this pup would be a typical sweet boxer he does that sit and wiggle realy good when I talk to him from the road. I just think the owner is careless, heartless, and needs a boxer owner for a shrink!
