We have had an extremely long 24 hours. We brought LC home from the vet and are trying to keep her comfortable. The mass on her heart is almost half the size of her heart itself. They cannot tell for sure that it is attached to her heart. There is a specialist about an hour from us, but we cannot get her in for an ultrasound until Monday. She refuses to eat. We have tried everything including chicken nuggets from Wendy's. Nothing. She barely sniffs it and turns her head. They say that the ultrasound may tell us more, but it will not change the end result. We just have to decide what to do....

I am so sorry for what you are going through with LC...she is way too young! Be strong, you are all in my prayers. Maybe you could try chicken liver...bake it, most dogs cannot resist. Please keep us updated.
