This is funny. When we registered, they gave us a price guideline to go off...like 20 items under $20, 20 under $100, 20 under $200 and 20 $200 and above. We felt that people would think ^^^ that about us so we went ahead and put alot more lower priced items on the registry.

Also, we didn't register until 3 months before the wedding, so they may not register for a couple of months.

Registeries are a good idea but you can also never go wrong with CASH !

When I got married last summer one of the most thoughtful gifts was when we arrived to our bed and breakfast room one of my friends had done up a gift basket with wine and glasses, fruit, gum, snacks AND a small album with pics from our wedding. This was the night following the wedding and she had gotten up early and gone and had them developed at an hour photo place and then rushed to the place we were staying that night and had them place the basket on our bed for when we arrived. Seeing how we were so rushed the next day, all the stuff she thought of we forgot to bring so it was PERFECT! By far the best, most rememorable gift we received. Also, another suggestion would be to buy a special frame and take a pic at the wedding and have it developed the next day and then put in frame and wrap and deliver to gift opening next day and they have an instant pic from the night before. They'll be really surprised to see something that quick. Hope I helped.
