Hey Guys!
I need some help...valentine's day is around the corner, and as much as I LOVE this holiday, I can never think of anything to get my significant other. It seems more like a girl kind of holiday (which is fine with me!) so I was wondering what were some great presents in the past you have gotten your hubby's/significant others, or what you are planning on giving this year?? I would love to hear! I'm really bad at buying presents, so help is needed here! I would love to give him something original or creative also. Hope to hear all your great ideas!

I'm not very good at this either. My hubby is one of those guys that is just very difficult to buy anything for. He has everything he needs, but if there's something he doesn't have, HE wants to pick it out.

What are some hobbies your SO is into? What price range are we talking about here?

Speaking of bright red sports cars, for our anniversary last February, I rented us a red convertible corvette for the day. It was $200, and well worth it! Might look into that as an option. What guy wouldn't love driving a vette for a day?

Ps. Hi Colly!

My hubby wears a suit every day, so once I got him some really nice sterling silver cufflinks from Tiffany's. They were only $150 -- not bad at all. And doesn't everyone LOVE opening that little blue Tiffany's box??? :D

I love Valentine's Day too. It does get difficult every year to think of gifts. It is a woman's holiday. My hubby tells me not to get him anything, which I simply ignore.:D I usually get him miniature cars he collects. Once in awhile cologne, which he has enough of that. Also I was thinking of getting him some DVD's, his fave movies, we just got a DVD for Christmas. Good luck it is so hard, since Valentine's Day stuff is geared to us girls.

Mon - renting a corvette for a day! Wow! That must of been a blast. I love corvettes, old and new.:)

I have the same problem! I am a newlywed and this is our first valentines day together as husband and wife and I am having a hard time deciding what to get him. Last year I had a puzzle made that said, "Justin, you complete me. Love, Bridgit." It was so cute and even he coulnd't believe I thought of it. I made him put it together and he was a little confused at first when he saw a puzzle in an envelope. I ordered it out of a catolog. I am also open to any ideas you guys might have. Maybe we can get some suggestions from the men themselves on the board on what they would want to get?

From a guy's point of view.....woman naked on the bed, that's all we need ;) Just kidding,... okay I'm not, but.... someone already said this is a "woman's" day, I could really care less. I usually get my wife some flowers, dinner, and then maybe a precious moments figurines or lingerie (okay that's for me too). My wife did get me a "glamour shots" pic for valentines one year when we were dating. I tried to get her to do that again this year. They can take some very sexy and tasteful poses that won't embarrass you too much. As a guy, it is just another day for me. If she really wants to do/get something, take the kids and leave me alone for a day and let me work on my camaro all day. I do collect nascar stuff, hotwheels, if your sig other has hobbies, get then something pertaining to that. Getting rid of the kids for a few hours and just having time together is good too or maybe rent a hotel room to break up the monontany. Valentines day should be about being together and not monetary "stuff". I just enjoy time alone wiht my wife as with havign two jobs and two kids, it is hard to come by. Good luck to you al.
