Socks are the absolute favorite around here (so much they even have their own sock basket they are allowed to grab from, except they would much rather have ours that are still wearable!), followed closely by paper rolls, dryer sheets, and stuffed animals. Dog toys are usually the last choice of course!!

Robin, Yes I do make noises and talk to her through it, makes her crazy! First she'll cock her head to one side and then start nose butting it, which if your not careful can end up hurting you.. Then she'll start in growling and barking til I give it to her. It is kinda onary of me I guess but funny funny to watch her.

haha, asia does all of the things listed above, also! she is entertained by the smallest things...but we say that is what makes her so special!

Max and Abby love empty gallon milk containers, I take off the caps and safety rings before I give them the empty container, because this could be a hazard waiting to happen, then we head for the backdoor, I only give them this as an outdoor game because they get so crazy playing with them.
This also works great for compacting for the trash !!!!!!

Tomi loooooved empty water bottles and was always chewing on them. Bones, bones, bones too. But when I took a break from the bones, it was onto the empty water bottles

LOL, our boxers do love the CHEAP toys huh? My Kirra absolutely loves empty sour cream / margarine containers. She will trash them and run around the house with this this stuck in her mouth. She also loves the empty paper towel rolls too. Some days I ask myself why I even bother buying her toys

Yes!! I just tried Owen on the empty water bottles the other day, and he loves them! He prances and hops all around the house crushing them in his mouth until they are flat, then he tries to lay down and chew them. I take them away then because they scratch his gums :( .

It's a great way to let him burn off some energy when I can't take him in the yard .

Buster loves all his toys and drags them all around the house... but the best thing to play with according to Buster is definately LEAVES..... they are just sooooo funny (and cheap too!!!)
