I know, I know, I know....My puppy won't be here until March or April, but a girl can start dreaming right? LOL

I am trying to think of manly or unusual names. If I get a male puppy I want it to be a dignified man name. Not necessarily Bruiser, Crusher, Cujo, but definitely a manly name. And for a girl I'd love an unusual name. Anybody heard any names they think are fantastic? Also, anybody have a name that's so common if you hear it one more time you'll hurl? So far I like Caesar for a boy.

Names are welcome!!! (I'm trying to pass the time. LOL Can you tell?)

What about Zeus, Rhett, Kaiser, Tristan, or some of the LOTR names, Aragorn, or Gandolf. Or think of a story you like and the hero's name.

names names names

We've got 2 males named CRASH and BOOMER, which suit their personalities very well. We've also got a list for our future male boxers which includes Ezekial, Sampson, and Pharoah (yes, my husband is a minister).

I'm currently searching for the perfect female name because we are considering a third addition to the family and I need more estrogen in this house. We've considered Zoe, Sassy, Ivy, Ophelia, Sienna, Chloe and Jada.

Good luck to you. I know that we had a name picked out for our last one but Boomer just fit him better once we picked him up from the breeder.

Well I have a female, and was wanting a tougher name than something like daisy.....lol Our puppys name is Vixen, but how about Zena, Dutches, Raven, Sable, Lexus hopefully this will help if not do a search for dog names under google... Have fun with your new pup

How you doing Georgiamama.
Im also waiting for my puppy to arrive. Went through the same thing your going through. As another member suggested go on googles and enter dog names you will find a huge list of names.

I finally choose Titan (An extremely strong, large being. This name is appropriate for all the powerful, imposing breeds and is fun for all the "little guys.")

I also like Tyson but that is fairly common here in Miami.
If you get a girl why don't you name her Georgia

I have always liked Zeek or Branson for boys. It's so hard to choose off the top of your head though. Cagney would be a good one too. Good Luck...Let us know what you decide!!
