Such thing as too much love ????

People think I am crazy for loving my baby too much but I DONT care. I love her with all my heart, she really is my best friend. Obviously I have friends I can trust but not like I can trust this little one. Every day that goes by, our relationship gets even better, like we know each other better as each day passes. I find new fun things to do with her and I get different reactions out of her. I love making her happy, especially seeing her hop like a deer when I bring out her frozen kong. I could not imagine life without her. In fact, my sister is due to have her baby any day now so when I go to see my new niece I don't want to have to worry about Mischka cause she is way too rambunctious. So just for the weekend she will be in a doggy day care near my sister's house and I said, "Do you know if I can visit her?" My sister couldn't believe I would need to go and visit her. I treat my pup like a baby. I get her eye boogies out with my bare hand and pick stuff out of her ears. I love picking her up and holding her like a baby. Well you get the point, I am crazy too. Oooooh, and I love kisses.

Oh my gos you are so like me, my mum could not believe it when i just use my fingers to wipe his eye boogies, she said she never thought i would do it, or pick up his poo (in a bag). I would rather 10 boxers than a baby not maternal to children at all but puppies is a different story altogether!!

My parents, friends and neighbors think my husband and I are totally insane.
We will not attend any more holidays where we can't bring Nestle. Kind of tossed the in-laws into a tizzy (hee hee).

She is and always will be out first little girl!!

She is the best and I think sometimes I spoil her more than my skinkids (if that's possible) I love them all.

I know what you mean. A couple of weeks ago I posted a thread about "Am I Crazy?". Alot of my friends make so much fun of me for the way Darby is treated. She is a "family" member. My parents and my hd's parents are called "grandma & grandpa" because of Darby (no skin kids yet). But I do not care what anyone says to me about my baby. She will be spoiled until the end of time !!!!!!

Know exactly what you mean. When I was 30 (2 years ago) I convinced my gync. to tie my tubes...and I had it done the day before Thanksgiving.

Is it really possible to love a furbaby too much...I don't think so! I sit in the recliner and Jasmine gets up in the chair turns around and sits between my legs. I then grab her shoulders, tip her back, and there she lays like a baby in my arms. Who cares if she 60lbs. Funny thing, as soon as Jasmine jumps down Sophie will come and take her place.

I am addicted/obssessed as well and would not have it any other way. They all think i am nuts....my work schedule revolves around my dogs as well as our limited social life because i refuse to leave them at home alone in the crate. My MIL thinks we are 'sick' that we let them in the kitchen (if she only knew how much they counter surf and have their paws on there!) and the fact that they sleep with us and give lots of kisses is just too much for most but i am nothing short of in love with my babies. I also have little desire for skinkids.....i love my furbabies with all my being. I am LUCKY and BLESSED....not crazy!
