Soprano's New Season!!

My DH is such a fan that when he got home tonite from work I mentioned that it was back on. He right away called the cable co and got HBO. He is too too funny. He is Italian and some of the characters in the Sopranos remind me of his family.

I cheated and read a spoiler for the first episode. I knew that Tony was going to be shot but didn't know by who! I think it's time for Uncle Junior to go to a home.

We were able to watch it at 6pm on the west coast since we get HBOE. This way we didn't have a conflict. Good thing to since I fell asleep before Desperate housewives ended so had to finish watching it and Gray's Anatomy on Tivo at 4am.

What a great first episode! So much happened & Tony getting shot was a shocker. How come they did not show previews? I am sure he survives - why would they kill him off first episode. Tony IS the show anyhow. Yes, Uncle Junior must go to a home. I can't wait till next week!

Usually each season ends in a cliff hanger and immediately picks up where it left off the following season. There is now a huge gap in the story line (Janice's pregnancy and delivery; Uncle Jr's rapid decline; Meadow's graduation from college; the reconciliation of Tony and Carmella; and so on and on...) Perhaps the season opener is actually the end (Tony's demise) and the following episodes will be told in flashbacks (??) ~ Cathy

lafsalot great point!! I am wondering about Adrianna we did not see her actually get shot, My husband thinks IM nuts but I feel they left that open for her and they could write her back in eventually to shock everyone. My husband said Silvio did not miss will just have to see.

I read somewhere that on the dvd set for the season they show the scene with Adrianna getting shot and there is no doubt that she is dead.
