Boxer Insane
Albie, thank you for that bit of information. I didn't know what to take 'guarded' as.
I plan on waking up extra early specifically to call the Animal Diagnostic Clinic to make an apointment with Doctor Perkins. I was with Asia by myself all evening and can't stand a day to go by without at least having an appointment to know what's wrong with our baby girl.
We are heartbroken. Everything she does makes me cry. She got excited when Mark got home just five minutes ago and started jumping around everywhere and he was trying to calm her down and it made me cry. She was staring out the window earlier and saw her best friend Josie and she began to whimper (like she usually does) to go out. I had to close the blinds and I cried with her. It's been horrible.
She has been with me through some really rough times. When Mark and I were fighting (which was like the first year of our relationship) and I would feel alone, I would snuggle with her and everything would be automatically better. Life would be so empty without her, it's very scary to think about ... which we're TRYiNG not to!
She is still frisky ... we have to keep her calm! She eats everything, all the time, so her appetite is still awesome! She gets tired quick (always has - not so much tired, but just hot and out of breath, I guess) but that doesn't stop her ... so we have to!
She's just too young for all this ... as was your precious little Belle, Albie.
I'll be updating in the morning with more information about our appointment with Dr. Perkins.
I have to change something, in one of my posts, I said her 2nd birthday was in December. Shows how messed up I was that day - it is September 27th!
BaxtersMom, I know how you feel. I used to read posts here that would make me cry and I could never finish reading them, nontheless post on them. I can't believe I am the one who has to make the post this time ... it's all so surreal ...
Asia is still full of Boxer wiggles and that big georgous famous smile of hers ... she says goodnight to everyone
