Thanks for the update Diane! We are going soon, maybe this week to check them out. Hubby has back pain as well, it comes & goes. This sounds like a must. I twist & turn all night long & can't get comfortable so maybe it is time for a new bed. So glad to hear you guys love it

Well, our bed is on order. We can't wait till it comes. Coco's Mommy we went with the 5000 too. We were gonna go for the 3000 but that was a very noisy bed. Let you know when it comes, I certainly hope we like it. It felt 100 times better than our 13 year old bed. Now off to buy new sheets, pillows, etc. They were very nice, the lady was not pushy at all, which is nice.

Linda, I will be anxious to know what you guys think about it too. We are still very happy with it, there's no worry on their part about us sending ours back after the 30 days We had a real positive buying experience as well. The salesman was very curteous and not pushy at all. He took the time to show us everything and answered all of our questions. We were real pleased with the whole process. Our bed even arrived at our house sooner than we expected so that was great too. They told us about 10-14 days and we had it within a week. Enjoy and let me know.
