Our baby Caesar is going to be Two in August.I know it should have been done sooner then this but better done late then never.I called to speak with my vet about the surgery. They said I would drop him off in the A.M. and the operation is done in the A.M.The vet would call me around noon to tell me about the surgery.I would not be able to pick him up until the following morning. The problem I have with that is that the everyone leaves the office by 8:30pm and don't return until 6:30 am.So now my baby would be unsupervised, uncomfortable in a crate that he hasn't had to be in since he was 6 mths old.I am now interested in what the normal procedure is? I would feel better if at least there was someone there overnight.I also live 2 minutes away from a Emergency Vets office that is open everynight ,all night .They are also open all weekends and holidays.I am about to call another vets office to see what their procedure is.If anyone has gone through this I would like to hear from you.thanks,Trisha
